Tasks such as licence updates and activations are best handled using an internet connection. Even though you may be able to browse the internet from your computer, Pirform may not be able to access the internet in the same way. The reason for this is usually due to internet security software preventing Pirform from having access.
Pirform shows whether it can access the internet in the status bar in the Home Screen:
If Pirform cannot access the internet, please consult your internet security documentation for home computers or ask your IT department for work computers.
