Suppress and then un-suppress intelligence

The following shows how to fix an issue that was caused by an earlier version of the program not correctly saving the observation from an intelligence statement.  This causes an error when trying to copy the certificate or to create another certificate from the first certificate.

[1]  Open the certificate and go to the Intelligence Manager section.

[2]  Suppress each of the intelligence statements. You do this by clicking in the column titled Suppress until a green tick appears, as shown below:



[3] After you have suppressed each statement, click on the tick again to remove the suppression (unless you want the statement to be suppressed).

[4] Check that the certificate is as it should be, then save and close the certificate.

You should then be able to copy or create another certificate from that certificate again.
