Upload the file(s) using your Client Centre
Go to your Client Centre on our website:
You may need to log in to access the client centre. Then go into the section called "My support files":
In the Support File section, click the button marked "Choose File" and select the backup file from step 1 above. Then click the "Upload File" button to upload each of the files to your Client Centre on our website.
Please note that you will need to repeat the step below for each file you want to upload.
The upload may take some time depending on the size of the file and the speed of your internet connection at the time. You will see a message whilst your data is being uploaded:

If that doesn't work for any reason, please use an alternative method from the following article:

If you need to upload more than one file, please repeat the above steps for each file until you have uploaded all of them. For instance, if you are uploading files from the Pirform Support Tool, make sure you include each file that is in the folder called Pirform_Support on your desktop. If there is more than one, they will be named the same but end in .zip, .z01, .z02, etc..

After your file has uploaded, please email us at email@example.com to let us know there are files awaiting our attention.
